Our welding department includes 2 CNC robotic welders, which allow us to weld at 10-25 inches per minute. These machines are equipped with rotating tables, which are set up to weld on one side while the alternate side is being loaded. The power supplies for the welders can sense and respond to power change requirements in the workpiece within thousands of a second.

Our MIG and TIG machines are current state of the art welders, allowing us to weld most types of metals.

Fixturing
We design and manufacture fixtures for our own production as well as our customers.

Assemblies and Special Equipment
Machined parts and commercial components can be assembled in accordance with customers specifications. This includes electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical components.

Special Tooling
Belrick designs and manufactures special cutting, forming, and holding tools for customers’ applications. In many instances we can group multiple operations in one tool, thus decreasing cycle times.
