Belrick Corp. has a large range of machining capabilities. We’ve machined parts from Ferrous, non-ferrous, exotic metals, and plastics weighing .03 ounces to over a ton. We machine bar stock, sheet, castings, forgings, plate, and special shapes.

Our horizontal machining centers are all equipped with pallet changers. The pallet change system allows us to load parts on one pallet while the machine is in operation. The indexing tables enable us to machine multiple faces of a part in one setting. One horizontal machining center is equipped with a full programmable fourth axis table. High pressure, through the spindle coolant on our newest machines provides increased efficiency through utilization of modern cutting tools.

Our three HAAS vertical machining centers have full fourth axis indexing heads. These units not only index, but can also machine around the fourth axis. These machines are also equipped with high pressure, through the spindle coolant.

Our experienced in house staff supports our CNC equipment. Belrick staff has been factory trained in the repair, maintenance, and building of CNC equipment. We also offer the services of our field electrical engineer to repair your CNC Equipment. Our field engineer has both factory and extensive field repair experience and has been used by Belrick customers and competitors alike.
