Belrick Corp. has a large range of machining capabilities. We've turned parts from Ferrous, Non-Ferrous, Exotic metals and Plastics weighing .03 ounces to under 2 tons. These parts were made from Bar, Sheet, Plate, Shapes, Castings and Forgings.

Our Hardinge Conquest 42 turning center is designed for high speed turning of smaller parts. The collet system allows for quick changeover from one job to another. Live tooling and a sub spindle combine operations by allowing simple milling operations and back turning to be included in one set up, often eliminating the need for additional handling.

Our Okuma LB300 lathes provide accuracy and speed. These machines are programmable to 1/10 of a micron. Tool index times of 2/10 of a second and increased rapid travel rates, provide for cycle times that are significantly less than those on machines produced only a few years earlier. High pressure coolant allows for faster machining, and especially drilling rates.

Our 4-Axis turning center enables us to turn two surfaces simultaneously. This has advantages not only in reduced cycle times but also in machining thin walled parts. The glass scales on the turning center allows repetitive close tolerance work

Our larger 40 AND 60 horsepower lathes are well suited for medium size parts (6-44 inch diameter) were high metal removal rates are the most important factor in cost efficiency.
